Cancellation Policy
1. Booking All services must be booked in advance through our online system or by contacting White Lullaby Sleep Consulting directly. Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your session. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Standard Packages & Consultations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your session at no additional cost. Overnight In-Home Visits: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled visit. Cancellations after 72 hours will incur a 50% fee of the overnight rate. 3. Waitlist If your desired date/time is unavailable, you may request to be added to the waitlist. Clients on the waitlist will be contacted in the order requests were received if a spot opens. Waitlist requests do not guarantee availability. 4. General Notes By booking services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Refunds are not provided for sessions already completed or for outcomes of sleep training, as results depend on implementation, child temperament, and consistency.
